About Capital Region Capture Photo ContestWe Have Chosen Our Winners! Originality, The winners were selected by a panel of judges from the University of Alberta. The winners were announced in January 2010. Decision of the judges is final. The contest ran until November 20, 2009, and was open to everyone including non-residents of the Capital Region.* PRIZES First:
