About Canon EOS 5D Group

THE CANON EOS 5D GROUP IS dedicated to one of the finest digital SLR cameras made. We want to see beautiful, uncommon photographs taken with the Canon EOS 5D. We want photos that emphasize the power and glory of the Canon EOS 5D. We also want to everyone to share techniques and discuss everything that is the Canon EOS 5D. The Canon EOS 5D can capture wonderful and beautiful photographs and this group aims to show everything the Canon EOS 5D has to offer.

The Canon EOS 5D Group includes many, many fine photographers. This group maintains a friendly atmosphere of critique and commentary. We encourage helpful, friendly discussion and we hope to foster a community that is as much fun as it is informative.

5D Galleries

Every so often the Canon EOS 5D Group will feature an informal online exhibition of our work. We call these a 5D GALLERY. Each is open to all group members and its aim is to showcase what the Canon EOS 5D can do.

What Goes and What Stays?

Please see the group description above. Simply put, any photograph taken with a Canon EOS 5D will be allowed. If a photograph is not taken with the Canon EOS 5D it will be removed.

This group is heavily curated. Although unlikely, photographs may be removed without explanation. Please do not take this personally. This is a common practice on Flickr. We simply do not have the time to let everyone know why their photograph was removed in each specific case. However, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to send us an E-mail at any time.
