About Canon PowerShot A570 IS
Pictures taken with Canon PowerShot A570 IS. No other camera, just that one. Pictures must be family friendly, no porno, no nudity, no hateful or mean pictures. No pictures that are more about some protest or cause or hidden agenda than about the picture itself. If you post something offensive, color it GONE. Try to post pictures with at least a modicum of quality, not professional, but where I can see the subject, and some effort was made at composition.
I don't like toilet humor; so no toilets, bodily fluids or solids, human or animal pee or poop. No drunkenness or drug use, no vomiting, butt cracks, giving or receiving the "finger". And no pictures of signs about those things either. Blood, gore, violence, spam and that sort of thing will be deleted.
That leaves tasteful pets, children, landscapes, abstract, adults, cityscapes, still life type arrangements, flowers, trees, cemeteries, bicyles, boats, cars, domestic animals, skies, clouds, wild animals, zoo animals
Some adjusting of the picture is OK, as long as it still has some recognizable features that it started out life as a Canon PowerShot A570 IS picture that you were the photographer of. Absolutely no stolen pictures. .
If you want to look through my personal photostream, I have over 8,500 pictures, and about the only ones I wouldn't post here in my own group, if I had taken them with a Canon A570, would be the suicide in San Francisco and the ones of my face when I was assaulted. Thats leaves thousands of types of pictures that I would post here, if I had taken them with my new A570 IS.
So when in doubt, leave it out.
You are not required to comment on anybody else's pictures in the pool, but it would be nice if you do, and you are more likely to get comments in return if you do. Keep the comments free of the same sort of stuff I described above as not being acceptable in pictures.
I know I am wordy, but I would like for people to feel pretty sure about what is OK here. Then we can be on the same page and have some fun!
