About Candlestick Park
Pictures of and in Candlestick Park- also known as 3Com Park, San Francisco Stadium at Candlestick Point, and Monster Park- in the southeast corner of San Francisco. It is currently the home of the San Francisco 49ers.
Candlestick was home to the San Francisco Giants from 1960-1999. At Opening Day, 1960, President Richard M Nixon called in "the finest ballpark in America."
