The Canadian History Flickr group strives to celebrate Canada's history by showcasing historic sites or artifacts. Please post pictures relevant to Canadian history. There are no real restrictions on the historical eras that can be covered, although clearly "current events" type photos, scenes of current daily life, or pictures without an apparent historical aspect (subjective criteria, yes, but flexible) will be removed. Photos of landscapes are generally not within the scope of this group, unless the image is accompanied by a description of a historical event that took place at the scene (e.g. a battlefield). If it's not obvious in the image, please make sure that photos you add to the group have a description stating the relevance. Moreover, just because something is old does not make it historical.
