03 Jun 08 - One week on - what a fantastic collection - It is great to see such a bunch of tallented photographers who are seeking to explore the spirit of place with their cameras - As Tina said - we all like feedback - so it would be really cool if you added at least one comment each time you post - and spread the word - I am sure there must be so many more photographers that share our fascination with the genius loci "

About Neo Romanticism - Cameras of the Albion

This is a home for photographs that have a clear sence of place:

they often explore lost, rural or ancient landscapes. They may be inspired by neo-romantic artists such as Paul Nash, Graham Sutherland, David Jones John Piper or the later ruralists; or photographers such as Edwyn Smith or John Deakin.

please post any photos that explore the beauty within the place.
