About "I've just got to grab my camera!"

Sometimes we see something or someone and think, "I've just got to grab my camera!" You may have felt inspired, moved, angered, overawed or happily left laughing. This group is for those of you who simply love taking photographs.

All that is asked of you is to share something in the description underneath each one, very simply or not, of what it was that made you grab your camera...

It would be nice, but is not obligatory, to comment on at least one other photographer's work to inspire them in return as you post yours. For now I will limit photographs to 1 per day just to see how we go (please tag with CG or CameraGrabbers)

This photo is so dynamic and well executed, it is a joy every time I view it.



Landscape:

There are so many excellent landscapes in this group that it is really difficult. I narrowed it down to this and two others, but I truly love the ocean and this photo by Lisa truly makes you want to sit down and watch the waves roll in. Well seen and well composed. I have to get to the coast this summer!




Fauna:
"Dragonfly in China" by Gunnarth

I love the way the focus, color and shapes all combine to lead your eye up to the dragonfly. Well done!



Flora:
"Far Spent" by Curt Saunier

The texture, the color, the bokeh, the composition, the mood. What more could you ask for in a photo. I would hang this on the wall in my home.
