About Cambridge St Ives line trains

Photos of trains on the Cambridge to St Ives branch. This includes:

* trains before the line closed to passenger service in October 1970;

* the Fen Drayton to Kings Cross aggregates train which ran until 1992;

* the various passenger specials that ran after 1970;

* any other trains 1970-92.

It does not include pictures without any trains in them, and especially no pictures of the misguided busway.

I have done a bit of a tidy up (3/4/10) to remove pictures outside the scope of the group. I have left a few that don't really have trains in them, but at least they have wagons, people waiting for trains, or signage about trains.

But the primary purpose of this group is to show the trains that ran on the line, not the infrastructure and what happened to it after trains ceased running. That's for a separate group, if someone would like to set it up and administer it.
