About California Cuts California Cuts is a documentary project about the budget cuts in California's universities and colleges, sponsored by the Associated Students of the University of California (ASUC) at UC Berkeley. The goal of the project is to document the changes our public higher education system is going through, to show the state, Sacramento and the world what is being lost, and to link stakeholders and groups and provide them a creative outlet to record the changes around them. Anyone is welcome to publish their photos to this group and we encourage you to do so.
