11 Jul 09 - Lets reach 200 members in 2009 :) Invite your friends. I want to thank everyone who has joined and have submitted their photos to our pool which we now have 2,435 photos. Lets reach 3,000 in 2009. Thank you and Happy photo taking. Also, please check out the Golden Cub Application.
Update: Looks like we are on our way of meeting what my goal was for photos.. but we are still 70 members away from what my goal is for members.. Invite your friends and continue the good work on the photos.

About California Beginners & AmateursThis group is for beginners & amateurs that live in California or at one point in their life lived here. Some people's lives begin in one place but continue elsewhere. Though your photographs can be taken elsewhere, we expect some snapshots from within the Golden State. There are plenty of opportunities for great shots in California and we want to see them from the Pacific Ocean to the deserts and from Southern California to Northern California. All ages welcome but of course we only ask you to be a beginner or amateur photographer from California. Please join us if you are beginning to take up photography as a hobby or feel you are more than a beginner but not quite professional aka amateur. |
