About C-Bouts & ƒ-Holes

This moderated group is dedicated to photo art portraying members of the violin and viol families. Photos should feel artistic, and should focus on the bridge, fingerboard, ƒ-holes, C-bouts, scroll, neck or other parts of actual instruments, with little or nothing else in the photo.

Particularly meritorious art that falls just slightly outside of the above guidelines may be invited to the More Than C-Bouts group instead.

Like all photographers, we're hungry for feedback. So reach out with a comment on any photo that moves you.
