About Butterfly Gallery P1 C1 please

All photographs of Butterflies are welcome (Moths are welcome in the Moth Gallery group).

You may also post photographs of butterfly larva (caterpillar), pupa and ova.

Processed photos are also welcome as long as the main visual focus is the butterfly.

Please comment on another photograph when you post. One for one. Please use the following lines after it so that people know where it's being seen

Admins should use the following to comment the Butterfly of the Day choice;

First ... add the selection to the appropriate discussion in this group. If its a new month you have to make a new discussion with a title the same as before but with a
different month. Also you have to change the link to the discussion in the text below (twice). Change the month here too whilst you are there. You can close the previous
months discussion too.

a) type "Butterfly of the day for the 7th December 2007 from " or cut and paste from the previous day into the discussion, remember to change the date and
add the name of tthe photographer
b) go to the photo of your choice and select "all sizes" and then "medium"
c) copy the HTML code beneath the photo and paste into the discussion. (Its easier to have two tabs open on your browser for this)
d) take a copy of what's in the discussion so you can paste it into the group description. Only the last three are shown here, so remove the oldest one too

Second, tell the photographer by adding a comment to the photograph

Remember to perform the following steps ...

a) remove the text already added to the comment (if any)
b) select the "invite menu" on the right below the comment box,
c) choose the Butterfly Photography group,
d) remove the auto generated code
e) paste the code below
f) change the date and
g) post
