27 Nov 10 - Before adding groups please use Search Discussions to check it isn't already listed. I’m deleting duplicates. Can I also suggest that anyone about to start a new group do a search to see what existing ones there are on the same/similar topics!

Please post the Group URL and use the exact Group Name as the topic header.

Over 720 groups are now listed. I shall shortly categorise them and produce summary topics using operators, areas, body builder etc which should make the directory more usable.

About Directory of Flickr UK Bus Groups

In recent months there seems to be a proliferation of new Flickr groups for bus photos. Many relate to a small geographic area or an individual independent operator, although some are very general groups for the likes of Stagecoach or First Buses.

Most of these new groups don't seem to have been promoted very well, and I've only come across many of them by accident, or today by trawling through a small part of the 5000+ 'bus' groups.

The idea of this group is to list, through the discussion facility, new UK BUS groups that we become aware of, or indeed for the creators to publicise. It is not a group for posting pictures, and posting to the pool has been totally restricted.
