07 Apr 08 - Welcome to Bulbed Beauties! Many different, unrelated plant families exhibit bulbous roots of some sort. In most circumstances, these roots help a plant to survive through mean times by storing water and nutrients. Botany aside, bulbous plants are grown by many people as garden plants or houseplant. Of course, they are also commonly seen in the wild. Many of these plants produce spectaculat flowers. This pool is a place to portray the blooms and buds of your various 'Bulbed Beauties'!
