About Brooklyn Museum Members

We've noticed our Members have been taking pictures at Member events, openings and comings and goings at the Brooklyn Museum. These photos offer insight into what Members enjoy most about the Museum and what compels them to lend their support year after year. If you are a Member of the Museum, join this group and add your pics to the group pool.

This group includes photographs taken exclusively by Brooklyn Museum Members, and, as a show of gratitude, the Membership Office will select certain images from this pool and feature them in upcoming editions of our Monthly Membership e-newsletter and in Membership posts on the Museum’s blog (with proper credit and link back, of course, and images will not be reproduced at more than 500px wide). We also have a plan to feature them in the Membership area of the Brooklyn Museum Web site.

Photography is allowed in the Museum so long as the images are taken using existing light only (no flash) and are for personal, non-commercial use. Photography is often restricted in special exhibition galleries; please consult with the Visitor Center upon arrival.
