I can't possibly miss out on the wood experience of a lifetime!

went down again today (get it?)
to find less wood than yesterday, but took some more photos, people are really going for it loading vans etc, I must admit if I had a van i'd be tempted!

"Is that illegal wood in your van, or are you just pleased to see me?"
I can't believe they're trying to get it back and are complaining about wood thieves. It can't be in very good condition anymore.

It's all about salvage law, innit? Which does sort of make sense if you do some research* on it, like me.

you can understand the law trying to stop it if it where like what happened in devon where people laving packing materials on the beach and making it worse but by removing it you only going help in this situation

This afternoon?! There was nowhere near that much between the piers when I was there this morning! Bloody tides!
And talking of the law, I vaguely remember look it up when the Napoli distributed motorbikes everywhere and it made sense then.
I guess driftwood just seems like driftwood, even when there's 5000 tonnes of it :o)
EDIT: Finally got some uploaded:

This is the most boring yet exciting thing that has happened recently. The fact that all of the wood is useless makes it even more excitingly boring.
If only it had been a shipment of blow up dolls or stormtrooper oufits or waterproof cameras... but no... wood.
Good photos though.
