24 Sep 08 - From now on all photos will be approved before going into the pool. Your photos may take a day or two to be approved so please be patient.

This is to make sure that only photos that fit the description get in, to make the pool more enjoyable for everyone.

I might occasionally leave a few photos in the queue if one person posts quite a few similar ones - just to mix it up a bit.

We need more hidden corners and not so many insects!

This is a group for photographs of the wild corners of the garden.

It is not for flower photographs, herbacious borders, anything cultivated or manicured. The emphasis is on untouched.

It is for naughty weeds, communities of bugs who have set up home under some abandoned flower pots, for the visitors to the compost heap, the discarded tools behind the shed. The secret places in your garden.

It is for anywhere the fairies might hide or play.
