About Bollards
For bollards of the world. The bollard(s) must be the main subject and not an incidental or accidental part of a photograph.
bollard:
1 a short metal, concrete or plastic post in the road especially as part of a traffic island.
2 a short post on a quay or ship for securing a rope.

The pool should show straightforward photography so no negatives, heavy manipulations, light experiments, mosaics, montages, collages, computer graphics, elaborate or decorative borders (borderless preferred), large titles (no titles preferred) or drawings/paintings.
