Anna, Jack's mom, wrote that the sight of royal blue ribbons tied everywhere in their hometown sustained her family during the weeks since Jack's death - "The blue ribbons feel like a hug to me each time I see them." She has also shared how she and her husband Tim hoped to travel with their children but Jack’s passport now sits unused, without a stamp, in their family office.

Jack, his family and their faith have had a profound impact on so many of us. We thought that by posting photos of royal blue ribbons we can remember Jack in a tangible way and offer them as hugs to the Donaldsons this Christmas. And would it not be amazing if we could place memories of Jack all over the world…carrying the memory of this special boy on a loving journey, captured here for his family.
