About BLACKEST-read rules
PLEASE DO NOT ADD BW pictures just because they are shot black and white. we will remove them from the pool if they do not adhere to our guidelines:
photos that are "low key", that feature black, that feel black, not merely black and white, or grayscale. this group is a celebration of the exquisite nuances of black.
the subject and/or major portion of the meaningful aspects of the photo should be black--very black! a black background surrounding a colorful object will not be accepted. if you are looking for a place to put black background pics, try the "blackground" group.
black must be the predominating and defining color, otherwise it will be removed from the pool without notice.
