About Black and White Portraits (Invited only)

The group's aim is to try to collect the "best" black and white portraits (better if close-ups) which is what I'm looking for all the time here on flickr. I agree: best is subjective.

It's "moderated+invitation only" so I can filter only invited pictures.

How I am a fascist? I select pictures considering my taste (nobody else can do anything else). How I am democratic? I select the pictures among my contacts' and invited artists' favorites, among the most viewed and commented, and the most favorites. I accept advices and suggestions.

I don't get anything back from all this work (and it's a lot of time), I just try to share its results.
