12 Feb 11 - I'm handing over admin rights and posting responsibilities to the group. Like the last challenge, this group has gone a bit flat with the same 2-3 people posting each week (which is fine). So, if you've been a regular contributor over the past year I have changed your role to admin. Feel free to keep the group going. You can check previous challenges to see the protocol.

About Bi-Weekly Photo/Video Challenge

Welcome to the bi-weekly photo/video challenge. Influenced by a Flickr blog post, this group was created as a place to motivate us to work on our photography/videography skills. No competition, no stress, just fun creating photographs or videos for a set theme. It can also be a place to network and socialize with people who share the same interests. If appropriate, please contribute comments and stories behind your photos and videos.

Each bi-weekly theme will be chosen by a different member who will be assigned by myself or other moderators (anyone interested?) and posted to a new discussion forum. So, please introduce yourself to the group and suggest themes that could withstand many photographic interpretations. Let's try and push our creativity here.

Rules
- Photos/Videos can be added to the group photo pool and there is a limit of 3 posts per topic. Ideally you would shoot at least 1 of your 3 photos during the time period, hence the "challenge".
- For each theme there will be a set of tags found in the discussion thread for you to apply to your submission (this will help track and create albums as we create a collection of work.
- Try and Geotag your photos if possible. It would be cool to see how our pictures represent different areas.
- Keep it clean and constructive
