As of February 16th, 2011, there is a new rule for this group. In an effort to increase the number of members as well as the amount of participation in the group, you are asked to comment on a couple photos each time you post one. Please also copy/paste the comment code (stroll down to find it) into the comment box. Thank you, and I hope this doesn't cause too much of an inconvenance.

This group is for photos of birds around the world.
In late April 2009, I decided that it would be nice to start another bird group. Every day, this group is getting more members and photos from around the world.
