New members... PLEASE READ THESE RULES!
Please be aware this is a group for BIRDS so the main focusof theimage should be of a bird, either in flight or not.

As much as possible please do not upload images of a person holding a bird, unless it is a bird of prey on a gloved hand.

We will not accept pics that seem to show a bird in poor conditions or a state of distress.

We have also decided that we will not be accepting pictures of young birds in the nest, nesting birds, or shots of eggs in the nest. We do not wish to encourage disturbance of nesting birds- sometimes a bird will abandon the nest after having been disturbed!

NO PICS OF DEAD BIRDS.Members who continue to post images of dead or suffering birds WILL be removed from the group.
