Template hacking for AdSense
 |
I'm interested in seeing what effect proper placement of AdSense ads will do for the "monetization" (that really can't be a legitimate word) of my site.
I'm after a little assistance with doing the following things, as my PHP skills aren't the greatest:
1. Placing an ad above and below the first post on the home page and archives.
2. Placing ads below the title and also above the comments for each post.
I'm guessing this will need to be in theloop.php, but there will need to be some conditional logic (which is where I need the help). I'm using the Adsense-Deluxe plugin to generate the ad blocks and just need help with the conditional stuff.
Is there anyone keen to help? My gratitude is the reward.
