About Big OZ (Big things in Australia ONLY)

This group is for BIG THINGS in AUSTRALIA ONLY!~
Some are kitsch, some are pathetic, some are works of arts and some are just plain bizarre. You either love them or you hate them. Either way, it\'s almost impossible to drive between two Australia cities on any highway and not encounter a larger-than-life roadside attraction - one of Australia\'s Big Things.

You\'ve seen the big Shrimp, posed in front of the big Banana, climbed up the big Pineapple, so why not share all the good Big Memories with the rest of the world???

Please post your Big pictures here, tell us where did you find them and a bit of information about the Big object your saw. Perhaps you could even share a bit of your journey along those Big things.

So lets say Hello to the world with the Australian larrikin sense of humour.

disclaimer : all the information about the Big Things are from the book Big Thing: Australia's amazing roadside attractions by David Clark. You can get it at the ABC shop, perfect gift for friends and relos.
