About Big Meaty Parcels
This group is a spin-off of the FAA Lucky Parcels Swap group which, in turn, is a child of the Fabric Addicts Anonymous group. It is currently under construction and, at this time is invitation only while we work out all the bugs. At a future time, the admins will revisit this decision.
The purpose of "Big Meaty Parcels" is so people can create bigger, fancier packages than called for in the Lucky Parcel swaps. There are no price minimums; however, there are package minimums, as stated in the guidelines, here. This is an international swap, so keep the cost of postage in mind.
Swaps will be managed via Swap-bot. Everyone will have one partner per swap. In order to participate, you must have a 4.8 rating when the swap starts and have a link to your Flickr album in your Swap-bot profile; users who don't meet these requirements may be removed without notice. Users who have been removed from Lucky Parcels will not be allowed to participate. The swaps will be password-protected -- links and passwords will be shared here.
In addition to parcel size, and the number of partners, the other difference in this group is that some fabric is required (not so in Lucky Parcels).
