Oh no, I am speaking of the woman who gave you those pinches on your arms when you tried to take gum out of her purse. The woman who wears more gold than all of your friends' mothers put together. The woman who fills you up with fried rice, lumpia, pad thai, soba, samosas, kimchi, yakitori, adobo, mochi and numerous forms of fish, then remarks how fat you've gotten. The woman who cannot get rid of her accent no matter how many sitcoms she watches. The woman whose hair once defined the colour black to you.
