About Bianco e Nero - OCCHIROSSI Festival Slideshow
In conjunction with the “Occhirossi” photographic festival ( occhirossifestival.org/ - Rome 3-5 July 2009, CSOA Forte Prenestino), the “Bianco e Nero – OCCHIROSSI Festival Slideshow” group invites you to contribute your own photographs to be part of a slideshow to be projected during the main festival period.

The slide show will be organized with the following contents:
- Photos taken from the pool of this group and / or extracted from the pool of "bianco e nero" group
- Photo taken from the thematic topics included in "Bianco e Nero"
- Photo taken from the portfolio topics presented in "Bianco e Nero"
- Photos not present in the group, selected and invited by the admins of this group
SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTOGRAPH
To submit a photograph to the exhibition, simply join this group and/or contribute with your photograph (also by photo invitation) anytime until 16 June 2009.
You can add up to 4 photos to the group. Photos must be 1200 pixel longer side, and downloadable by the admins of the group, in order to allow them to prepare the projection.
Submissions to the group are moderated.
DISPLAY AT OCCHIROSSI FESTIVAL
The group pool’s selected photographs will be displayed on a screen during OcchiRossi Festival.

By adding your photo to the “BIANCO E NERO – OCCHIROSSI Festival Slideshow” Group (“the group”), you represent and warrant to the group admins that your submitted photo is consistent with the Flickr Community Guidelines, your photo is an original work taken by you, free from any third party rights, in particular that under no circumstances does it constitute, whether entirely or in parts, any infringement upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties, and that any persons depicted in your photo have consented to the distribution and display of the photo with no remuneration of any kind being payable to them.
This shall also apply if the photo is used for non-commercial, promotional purposes in connection with the promotion of the group and “OCCHIROSSI” festival (“the festival”), as specified in the paragraph herebelow.
Further, by adding your photo to the group, you provide the group admins a limited, non-exclusive, irrevocable, sub-licensable, worldwide, royalty-free licence (but not the obligation), which licence is effective until 31.12.2009, for the duration of the festival to use, copy, modify, translate and/or adapt, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display by any means and in any media and create derivative works of, and copy, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display such derivative works of your photo solely in connection with the inclusion of your photo in NON COMMERCIAL activities related to, and the promotion of , the festival, without any further notice or remuneration to you. The rights shall be applied to all existing or future media, and in particular all physical, optical, magnetic, analogical, digital and electronic media, including media such as hardcopies, magnetic tapes, floppy disks, CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, hard disks, computers and servers, the Internet, all private or public telecommunication networks, by cable, satellite, radio networks, etc.
In the event that your photograph is chosen to be displayed in the festival, it will be displayed with your Flickr screen name.
The group admins shall not be obliged to display photographs and shall not be liable for any entrant’s loss of publicity or enhancement of reputation.
The group admins reserve the right to cancel the group participation in the festival if deemed necessary at any stage.
Any personal information of entrants will only be used and, where necessary, disclosed to third parties, for the purposes of running the exhibition.
By entering your photograph to the “Bianco e Nero – OCCHIROSSI Festival Slideshow” Flickr Group you are deemed to have accepted the above Group Rules.
