Berlin parkt ... Oder versucht's zumindest.

Spätestens auf dem Fahrrad fällt einem auf, dass Berliner sich mit dem Parken etwas schwer tun. "Warum den Parkplatz nehmen, wenn in der zweiten Reihe auch noch was frei ist?", "Halteverbot? Bin in 24 Stunden längst wieder weg!" und natürlich "Radweg? Du meinst wohl kostenloser Parkplatz?".
