About Belconnen Bus Interchange

For just over 30 years, the Belconnen Bus Interchange acted as the central hub for all bus travel in the northern suburbs of Canberra, Australia. 24 May 2009 was its last day of operation.
A generation of Canberrans have grown up using the Interchange, but it will be another iconic Canberra landmark that fell victim to the bulldozers in the name of "progress" (or in this case, "improvements to the Belconnen Town Centre"). This group aims to bring together photos of the Interchange so that their children will know what they are missing.
