About Beer and Booze: A Damn Fine Product [VINTAGE]

Please join my new pool glorifying the VINTAGE advertisement and packaging of BEER, hard liquor (hooch) and all things alcoholic - the vintage ads, product and package designs for America's favorite alcoholic beverages. Vintage alcohol signs are also good.

Circa 30s-50s (give or take a few decades, or so). Photos (or scans) should be taken by you from your own collections of ephemera (not from other people's web pages).

Vintage ads (and other print ephemera) featuring alcohol, beer and liquor packaging, vintage cocktail accoutrements, ads showing Americans enjoying a tipple-- these are encouraged. Pink elephant images, if vintage, are especially welcome.

If your submissions are 20s are earlier, consider submitting them to the Antique Alcohol pool - this is the perfect place for antique submissions.

NOT for PHOTOS of current beer products, Absolut ads, your fine art and collage with beer as the subject, current bars and breweries, or your drunk friends or favorite beer t-shirts. (Tho' I'm sure there is a place for these things in another Pool ;-)
