About Beer-ShevaBeer-Sheva, capital of the Negev, in the south of Israel. We want to show another side to the town. Art, fun, colours anything your want. Yes you can show the dirt and the drabness of our town too. Beer-Sheva is a very varied town. Has an amazing student life and a lovely campus. There are vibrant clubs and bars. The old city is a bit of a let down (see the pics) but for sure has great potential. There is only a small Arab/Muslim population in town but Beer-Sheva is the centre for Bedouin who live in the area and every day there will be thousands here. Some neighbourhoods are pretty bad: drugs, neglect and violence. The old city is crying out for rejuvenation.
