About The Beauty of Roads

Post pictures of roads. Any kind of picture, but where the main subject of the picture is a road or part of a road. For example pictures that contain roads but that aren't a major feature of the photo don't qualify. This group is intended to celebrate the beauty of roadways of various kinds.

Yes sounds odd doesn't it - the beauty of roads. We are often lamenting this "scourge" of modern society, yet to me, roads have a gracefull beauty to them and that beauty is what this group is designed to reveal. Note: beauty doesn't necessarily mean aesethetically pleasing. Please feel free to use your own definition of beauty even if some of us may call your beauty "ugly".
