About Beard Papa's Cream Puffs
This Flickr pool exists to celebrate, via Papatography, the glorious choux pastry and custard confections known as Beard Papa's Cream Puffs.

Choux Pastry Shells
Beard papa\'s cream puffs consist of a two-layer shell. The inner shell is a choux pastry shell and the outer shell is a piecrust. It is this special-structured shell which makes bear papa\'s cream puffs so unique. Our store is always filled with the aroma of freshly baked cream puffs!
Cream Puffs Fresh from the Beard Papa's Kitchen!
The trademark of our cream puff specialty stores is a "beard papa" against a bright yellow background. We stuff each crunchy puff with whipped cream custard every time an order is placed. You can watch as they are being created in the store.
Everyday we bake choux pastry shells and prepare our special, secret recipe of whipped cream custard in our store. Our motto is to serve only the freshest cream puffs from beard papa's kitchen.
Our cream puffs do not contain any preservatives. Only the highest quality ingredients go into making them because we want to serve you only the best. We use only natural-grown vanilla beans.

Whipped Cream Custard
It takes 2 hours to prepare our whipped cream custard. We make it 4-6 times a day with plenty of natural vanilla beans in it. We blend our custard and whipped creams right before our cream puffs are served.
Special Selection of Vanilla Beans
You may discover tiny black grains in our custard cream. While tasteless, it is those black grains that create the special aroma. We pod vanilla beans and use them lavishly.
We use handpicked vanilla beans from Madagascar, known worldwide as the best place for natural-grown vanilla beans. Recently, vanilla beans have been in short supply due to natural disasters. The price of beans has almost doubled in the past two years.
However, we adhere to using beans from Madagascar because we only use the best ingredients for our cream puffs.
Filling Up a Puff
Crunchy puffs are filled with whipped cream custard every time an order is placed. We then sprinkle powder sugar over them and they are ready to be served!! Enjoy the combination of "crisp" and "creamy" bites that melt in your mouth.
Eat Them Immediately
Beard papa's cream puffs taste best eaten immediately after you purchase them. Please keep them refrigerated if you are not going to eat them immediately. Since beard papa's cream puffs do not contain any preservatives we recommend consuming them the same day.
