Monthly Group Contest

Here is how it works: The current month contest's winner will become the judge of contest the following month. The judge decides theme of the contest and determine if there should be any rules applicable to the contest. At the end of the month, he or she will decide by the deadline, which he sets, the winner.
The winner picture will become the group icon for the month.
