About BC Peaks & Mountains

Pictures of peaks and mountains in British Columbia (BC). Preferably no people.

Please do not post pictures that are simply nice scenic shots, sunsets, people, etc. If the picture does not provide useful info about a particular peak or mountain, it is not for this group.

Please name the peak (at least in the description if not in the title). Please add a tag with the name of the peak. The objective is to find particular peaks in this pool using the Flickr search tool. [Hint: if the search tool cannot find your picture, it might get removed from the pool.]

Info on the location and summit route would also be useful. Feel free to use notes to annotate the ascent route.

This pool is supposed to be an information resource for people who want to explore the peaks and mountains of BC (hikers, scramblers and climbers). For instance, if someone wants a visual reference of the route up Needle Peak, they might try and find it here (using the search tool).

This is not a pool for beautiful pictures or unknown peaks.
