By sharing your photo with the “BBC Newcastle Hidden Gems” group on Flickr you agree to grant to the BBC, free of charge, permission to use your photo on bbc.co.uk.
Your photo may also be used on Look North as part of any coverage they produce about the “Hidden Gems” project, as well as in other forums such as the print media for the purposes of publicity.
Copyright in your photo will remain with you - and this permission isn't exclusive, so you can continue to use it in any way including allowing others to use it.
