About BBC Breathing Places

BBC Breathing Places was a five-year campaign set up in 2005 to encourage people to do one thing to help nature on their doorstep.

It ended in December 2010, although the good work by wildlife partner organisations and, of course, people like you continues.

The BBC is no longer updating or maintaining the Breathing Places group on Flickr so we can't respond to mail messages and the like.

The team has moved on to other projects, but remains grateful for your enthusiasm and your willingness to share pictures and stories.
