About Bay Street, Toronto

Bay Street is the heart of Toronto’s financial district and synonymous with Canada’s banking industry. City Halls (old and new) live here, the Seven Sisters (Toronto’s top-tier law firms) live here, and since the condo boom of the 1990s, more and more people live here. And the boom continues with major office developments underway including the Bay Adelaide Centre and the Trump Tower.

Queen’s Park stretches to Bay Street, as do the University of Toronto and now Ryerson University. Mint Corner at Bay and King, high-end shopping at Bloor Street (Yorkville). Money, power, influence, urban density – it’s all on Bay Street.
