Racist bigots are found in all parts of society, especially within the right wing ranks. I've had many more republicans than democrats tell me they are voting against Barack (and not relaly for McCain) because he is "n******." Pretty sad when people vote for those reasons and not onthe issues that affect them.

Racism is an excuse used by underachievers. Funny how every time a Republican points out how ridiculous one of Obama's ideas are the left hurls the word racist...

Yea, because voting against Obama solely for the reason of him being a "n****er" isn't racist.
Your delusion just shows how desperate the Repugs are this year.

mmmmm......learned this from the Main Stream Media....eh?
What a concept!!!! Whomever does not vote or Osama...I mean Obama...I mean Osama (Quoted by Teddy Kennedy...)......is a racist!
Wow! Extremely profound!
Does it mean I am anti-cracker because I won't vote for McSlime either????
Wonder what I would be called because I won't vote for either of the two parties -- Democans or Republicrats? A Racist, Bigot or an American????

When did I say I wasn't voting for him because he was black? (And I refuse to stoop to your level and even insinuate that I would ever use the word you chose.) I am not voting for him because he is a socialist. I am not voting for him because his ideas have been tried throughout history (usually by communist nations), and shown to be abject failures. I am not voting for him because I DON'T AGREE WITH HIM. For you to assume that someone is not going to vote for him just because he is black is to truly show the level of your ignorance.
You know what's really funny about the way you think. The only one involved in this election that has even REMOTELY been linked to racism is Obama himself. He spent 20 years attending a church led by a man that preaches racism and hatred on a daily basis. Not only that, but he called this man his "mentor". Yet, you want to think that I am a racist? True ignorance.

Have you watched Wright's sermons? The full sermons, not the 10 second 'driveby' 'gotcha' soundbites. Were you in that church every Sunday for 20 years? Besides, according to your candidate's campaign he is a Muslim extremist, so which is it? Should we discuss Palin's church, where, weeks before being picked for VP, had a man speak with her in attendance justify terrorism against Jews in Israel because they don't accept Jesus?
And yes, many people I've talked to have used that word in conversation with me, because they assume my whiteness puts me on their side. I asked them why they couldn't vote for Obama, and time and time again it is "because he is a 'n*****.' Their words, not mine. This is not an assumption. They don't like McCain, but will vote for him to keep a black man out of office.
The only ignorance here is your own. Here we have a man and woman offering more of the same the last 8 years have brought us. They have taken our Constitution and diluted it, and show disregard for the law. I guess its ok to destroy America's freedoms though, as long they wear lapel pins.

Was FDR also a socialist in your opinion?
You say: "I am not voting for him because his ideas have been tried throughout history (usually by communist nations), and shown to be abject failures."
1) how do you define communism?
2) what are Obama's ideas that you think are communist?
3) and McCain/Bush ideas about free market capitalism are working?

Explain how that is, without asking Hannity for help Typical, you get backed into a corner and all you can do is hurl insults instead of debating issues. Just like McCain.

Unless I am mistaken you are the one that wanted to call me a racist. I only called you ignorant.
FDR's policies were, and continue to be very socialist.
Obama's ideas concerning healthcare, welfare, free market restraint, progressive tax brackets, and just about every other idea are all based in socialism.
Yeah, Bush free market ideas do work. That is how capitalism works: FREE FROM GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE... If left alone they will correct themselves.

Aardvark_For_Freedom wrote When did I say I wasn't voting for him because he was black? You didn't. And no where did anyone say you did. phoenixgsu85 has had people come out and tell him specifically that they wouldn't vote for Obama for that reason... and then you said that the left always cries racism whenever anyone criticizes their policies...
I'm sorry, but saying you won't vote for Obama because "he's a n*****" is not "criticizing" his policies. It's racism.

I'll note that not once did I accuse Aardvark of racism or call him a racist. I simply stated that this is my experience.
It is telling when someone is so quick to defend themselves against perceived threats though.
