Welcome to the wonders of Bangkok's architecture. From excessively luxuriant and finely decorated to the grungy slums, this is a city of contrasts, a city where rich and poor live side by side.

Bangkok has many secrets, but let's keep this group for what is related to architecture only.
I find Thai artisans' attention to details an amazing gift which they have earned through time, but I am also amazed by the modernity displayed in the architecture found in this large city.
You have great shots showing architectural ornamental details of buildings found in Bangkok, or have pictures of unique, colourful views of its architectural landscape?
Post them here.

-emphasis should be on ARCHITECTURE(bridges, civil engineering & interior design structures, ornamental details, motifs, sculpture on or near buildings are accepted), human figures can appear in the pictures as long as they overtake the architectural structures.
