Lucky bamboo, heavenly bamboo, sacred bamboo, rattan, and other plants.
We regret that we do not allow photos of "lucky bamboo"
(Dracaena sanderiana), "heavenly/sacred bamboo" (Nandina
domestica), rattan (Calameae) to be posted to the pool. These species resemble true
bamboo but are actually completely different plants. Please see, for
example, the Wikipedia articles on lucky bamboo, heavenly bamboo, and rattan.
If you post a photo of one of these species to the pool, or a photo which does not have bamboo in it, we apologise for removing your contribution, so please check it really is bamboo if possible.
