Bake For A Change 2007

In winter our thoughts turn to comfort and community. With this in mind, Terry* is staging a contest that combines warm baking with global ideals.

We would like you to imagine, for a moment, that you are architecting the Gingerbread house of the future – that is, a home that is as efficient in its use of energy, water and materials as it is scrumptious to behold.

How does a sustainable Gingerbread House act? What does it look like? Well Sugar, that’s the name of our game: create one and let us know.

The Terry* project is part of an initiative aimed to both educate and promote dialogue between the sciences and the humanities regarding global issues of our time.
