About Baby Steps

Hi all,

I wanted to start a small but active group for other people like me, who are new to the photography game and trying to teach themselves some skills.I found a lot of the bigger beginners groups a bit daunting. A lot of members, means it's difficult for your photos to get a look in. And this "interestingness" business means the more you get a look in, the more you will get a look in, bit of a catch 22 for us newbies.

So I hope people will not just post photos, but comment, discuss, share their stories and maybe we can take our first steps into photography and flickr together. (like what i did there with the group name/metaphor? okay, yes it was a bit cheesy)
