About Aviation rescue training simulatorsEver seen those odd, cobbled together things made out of old steel tubes in a corner of an airport somewhere, that look like they'll never fly ? Chances are they're a training aid for the airport fire and rescue service teams. Often fitted with remotely controlled fuel lines or even just old (real) airframes that get burnt in the service of safety, or used to have dummies (or people) extracted from them, this is the group to show them. |
