Autophagia

Defined as "The biting of one\'s own flesh" - the autophagia group is for images, often found in 50s-era advertising, depicting a character promoting a certain food item that is that item themselves. A donut with a face who wants you to eat donuts; a chicken serving up a dish of fried chicken.
