We would like This group to be a showcase for our beautiful country To show the blazing Sunsets and the sparkling sunrises, to show our rugged interior where survival knowledge is a necessity. To highlight the Beauty of our Tropical Rainforests or the snow clad peaks of the Southern Highlands
Please do not enter purely people/family photos and definitely no pet ones.
Any of the moderators may refuse or delete any image not considered appropriate or not to the standard required by this group EVEN IF IT HAS AN INVITATION.
** DO NOT BLOCK THE ADMINS OR MODERATORS **
- Please keep your Animals, Birds and Flora (Plants, Trees and bushes) for the groups that show them of best. Unless they are a minor part of the overall scene
- Please no repetitious shots of the same thing, choose your best and post that one.
- No close-up or macro floral photos please, they are fine as part of a larger scene though.
Aussie Homesteads, Outback Stations & Servo's, That dusty track, the deep blue sky;
Cane fields burning (I know it's all chemical to-day) The quiet inlets and waterways
Try and restrict the Images that are Odd angled and arty, these could be good photos art wise, however many fail the D. MacKellar test.
Please don't post repeated OR similar images from the one shoot.
The Dorthea MacKellar Australia of rugged Mountain Ranges of her flooding rains and fearsome bush fires.
There is so much that we can show off to the world.
Keep the sports for the sports page and the pets for the groups that would highlight them better.
The birds (no gay kookaburra's), snakes and fish all are nice and can make excellent images, as do flowers and insects in Macro, however these are not for this group.
Please use Sunburnt Country as a form of guide line.
Lets keep the Politics out of it

To those who don't place titles on their images, Please do for our group for this is far more professional and shows that you care for your work;
Please remove file and image numbers, these should be kept in your private files
Suddenly there is an influx of photos taken of our rocky shoreline, beautiful Images that show wild seas or soft waters folding over hidden crevasses. All beautiful Images however they are only a minor part of our great country, Maybe someone should start a group dedicated to this theme?? The same applies to images off the Sea although we are surrounded by water one part of any sea or ocean looks the same as the next if there are no clear pointers to the land associated with it. Eg looking back over Pumicestone passage to the Glass House Mountains,
These type images that are mentioned will only be accepted into the group photo stream of " Australia All Over " if they have that other identifying character reference
be kind to your fellow members and take the time to check out their images, If you like it then as you enjoy remarks on your work, so do they.
