For photos of Austin, Texas. Post photos here that are taken in a place that is recognizably in Austin and the surrounding metro area, or geotag so others can go and publicly recognized where in Austin the photo was taken themselves!

It's the Live Music Capital of the World, has the World's Largest Urban Bat Colony, is trying to Keep Austin Weird, has the lovely Barton Springs eternally, has festivals that sometime make it a baby Sodom on the Colorado, is at Home with the Armadillo, etc.

Photo rules are limited to 5 photos a day, which seems pretty reasonable.

Tag your photos with "austin", if ya would so kindly (or at least have it in the title, description or have the image geo-tagged) - otherwise, it might get knocked out of the pool during a cleaning run, and we wouldn't want that!
