The gist:
Post one, then you MUST thoughtfully comment on 3 (use the scipt below to tag your comments), and wait until 3 more are posted before you post again. This will ensure the widest array of great or quirky or just plain fun shots and the most feedback and faves on your images.

If you don't provide feedback on the other photos it defeats the purpose of this group.

The details:
This is a group for locals and such who would like to get more constructive feedback on their photos. It's about learning the art and skill of the craft, sharing secrets and tips on how you are doing what you are doing, and getting more detailed comments to help you learn. Post one, thoughtfully comment on any 3, post again once 3 other photos are posted. Humour is a plus, plain ole' snarky meaness will get the boot.

Any image is welcome, the shots don't need to be local, just the folks themselves. And true to spirit of our great town, "local" is pretty liberally defined of course.

If your shot has EXIF and strategy information included it will be easier to get better feedback and get discussion going on techniques.

Comment, comment, comment (3 x's at least) -- don't make me get out that flickr electronic sweeper -- that would be no fun at all. (i also hate to be the heavy but so far hardly anyone is complying to the rules of commenting on others shots. it's ok, we're new, we'll learn)
